Contact Visual OMP Support
Our goal
is to resolve your issue as quickly and correctly as possible.
In order for us to assist you, we recommend the following steps:
- Open
an e-mail to: support@dnasoftware.com
- Please
set the Importance/Urgency appropriately:
• If this matter is preventing you from continuing with work that
must proceed immediately, mark the e-mail as urgent (or Importance:
High).
• If the matter is important but not urgent, please do not mark
it as urgent.
• If you have an observation, comment or question of no particular
time sensitivity, we would greatly appreciate it if you would mark
it as low priority. We will still respond within one business day!
- Please
clearly describe the steps that created the problem.
- If
possible, attach any supporting information.
• If you are having trouble with an experiment, please attach the
OEF file & OOF file (if it exists).
• If you are having trouble with a design, please attach the OEF
file, ODF file and OSF file (if these all exist).
• How to do this.
- Please
make sure your phone number, and good times to contact you are included
in your e-mail.
- Send
the e-mail.
- If
you do not receive an Auto-reply within 15 minutes, please resend
the e-mail.
- If
you do not receive a second acknowledgement within the following
time frames (taking into account time zones), please call us at
+1 (734) 222-9092.
• High Importance: 30 minutes
• Normal Importance: 3 hours
• Low Importance: 1 business day
