• ThermoBLAST^TM: Better than BLAST for checking assay designs.  Combines the database capabilities of BLAST with the accurate thermodynamics of OMP^TM.  Quickly and accurately scans DNA, RNA, or modified oligonucleotides against large genome databases and discovers thermodynamically stable hybridizations and thereby eliminates off-target effects and assay false positives.  Available as a module for Visual OMP^TM or separate, command line, Developer Edition^TM version.

• Modifieds^TM: extends the capabilities of OMP™ and ThermoBLAST™ (in both the Windows and command line versions) to include modified nucleotides (e.g. LNA, 5-methylcytosine DNA, 2’-O-methyl RNA, plus many more).  Enables (1) prediction of secondary structure plus design and simulation of oligos containing modified nucleotides, and (2) scanning of modified oligos against genomic databases to identify all hybridization sites and extensible amplicons.
