Automated probe and primer design.
Specify a target, choose an algorithm, and Visual OMP will
automatically determine an appropriate probe or primer.
You can then add these sequences to your experiment. |

accelerated time, Visual OMP will display the results of
the simulation, including the Delta-G, Delta-H, Delta-S,
Tm, Percent Bound and Concentration of each secondary structure.

OMP combines an easy-to-use Microsoft Windows interface
with the powerful OMP (Oligonucleotide Modeling Platform)

molecular simulation. |

can view a graphic of each secondary structure, a numerical
analysis graph of temperature versus concentration, and

Integrated BLAST and ClustalW sequence
alignment. Perform BLAST searches of appropriate genomic
databases (public or local) to find potential mis-hybridization
gene sequences, then add the targets to your experiment.
Use Clustal to align multiple gene sequences in your experiment. |
