The underlying OMPServer engine in Visual OMP may be manually programmed or scripted without the use of the Graphical User Interface (GUI). The OMPServer engine at its heart is very simple; it takes a text file as an input and outputs 1 to 3 text files. All file formats used by OMP are in Boulder I/O format.
This option is available to users who wish to customize OMP towards their own technologies or link directly to other file formats or databases. OMP has been designed to make this process as easy as possible. This format not only allows users to easily customize their own programs, but to gain as much speed and power for high throughput applications.
