5) Explore the Main Input Form
The main input form has 5 tabs: sequences, prober/primer design, experiment conditions, design settings and sequence details
Double click on the 2nd Column ("Sequence")
Enter some DNA nucleotides
Press the "tab" key, Visual OMP should fill in the remaining columns with default values
