10) Summary of Results
The 2nd column of the summary describes the names of the species. Monomers have one name. Heterodimers and n-plex structures have two or more names, each delimited by a "+" symbol.
The 3rd column details the nature of each of the oligonucleotides. A species may be a monomer, homodimer, heterodimer or n-plex structure.
The 4th column describes the structure of each of the oligonucleotides. A sequence may be random coil (has no secondary structure), optimal (most likely folded structure), or suboptimal (a likely folded structure).
The 5th column will say “TRUE” for the intended structure(s).
The 6th - 11th columns summarize the thermodynamics of each species at equilibrium.
The 13th column shows the concentration of each species while the 14th column shows the percent bound of the limiting oligonucletide in the species.
The 12th column has a link to a diagram of the species.
