Random Coil

A random coiled structure is considered the conformation in which a monomer has no base pairs.

Require Solutions

This option in the design module of Visual OMP will allow a user to also output oligos that did not pass all the design criteria; they have an oligo-score of 0 and are ranked according to the phase of design where the failure occurred (higher ranked oligos failed the design in a later stage).
