Local Target TM (LOCAL TGT TM)

The local target TM (advanced parameters) is considered the TM of a subsequence of the Target against which an oligo (eg. probe or primer) is being designed. The length of the subsequence of the Target is defined by the Target Fold Length (TGT FOLD LENGTH), another advanced parameter.   One of the checks that Visual OMP performs is to ensure low secondary structure on the intended target
