Clustal

By using the ClustalW tool of Visual OMP one can align multiple sequences to check if there are regions of high homology.  

Context Menu

A context menu is a small sub-menu that is almost always accessed by clicking on the right hand button of the mouse.  

Crosshybridization

When a probe or primer binds in significant percentages to another probe or primer in the same solution, this is called crosshybridization.
