19) Copying Wild Type sequence to make Mutant Allele
The two beacons will now be listed on the sequences tab.
To make the mutant allele, select the row containing the target sequence (atp7b), right-click and select "Copy Rows".
Go to an empty row on the sequences tab, right-click again and select "Paste Rows".
Rename this new sequence to atp7b_VAR1.
