15) Secondary structure heterodimer Target and Beacon Probe
In the secondary structure graph you can see where the beacon is binding to the target and if the stems are binding to the target too.
By simulating at other temperatures and looking at the numerical analysis graph, the temperature dependency of the heterodimer can be examined like we did before with just the beacon.
