14) Results simulation Beacon and Target
Click "Yes" to view the Results Summary after the simulation is complete
Look at the heterodimer between the target and beacon probe (highlighted row): delta G, melting temperature and percent that the target has been bound by the beacon prone. This all looks good (100% bound) and the rest of the beacon is mostly in the folded form (79 vs. 11%).
Let's also take a look at the secondary structure of the heterodimer: click on the "view"-link in the "Graphic" column
