11) Viewing the Secondary Structure of the Beacon
Now the secondary structure of the folded beacon will be shown
The thermodynamics and solution conditions will also be echoed in the bottom left part of this DNA Display
Running the simulation at other temperatures or opening up the Numerical Analyisis Graph will give you more insight into the temperature dependency of the beacon and will help determining the right annealing temperature
click on the icon in the toolbar to open up the Numerical Analysis Graph (or click on Numerical Analysis under Results in the project explorer)
