9) Running a simulation with just the Beacon Probe
Click on the Sequences Tab
The Beacon Probe is now listed in the second row on this tab, with atp7b as its intended target
Disable the target sequence, atp7b
Run the simulation by hitting the Run Simulation button (outlined with a red circle) with just the Beacon Probe enabled
