5) Review the sequence and run the experiment
Click on the Sequences Tab at the top of the Input Form to review the sequence
We will now model the sequence which we have taken from NCBI and see what the most likely secondary structures are at 55C, 50 mM NaCl, 1.5 mM MgCl2 and a pH of 7
Change the function of the sequence into target (Function column)
Press the large green triangle icon on the toolbar ("simulate experiment") to run the simulation
Save changes if prompted
