1) Solution Conditions
We will run this particular experiment at 55C, 50 mM NaCl, 1.5 mM MgCl2 at pH 7
Please enter the appropriate values into the solution condition text boxes
2) Advanced Settings
Choose a setting for suboptimal structures.
If suboptimal structures are chosen, we will be able to see not only the most likely secondary structure formed by the target, but also the next ten most likely conformations (as defined by the default Structure Settings).
Looking at suboptimal structures will help to identify areas on the target sequence that have little or no secondary structure... usually good places to design primers and probes.
