2) Open Sequence Input Form
In this example, a sequence is being added from the public NCBI nucleotide web site
An area of sequence has been highlighted
Copy this highlighted sequence by right clicking with the mouse and choosing "Copy"
On the Sequences Tab, double-click on the Sequence cell of the first row
Do a right-click and select paste
