22) Simulate Primers, Probes with Target to check for Percent Bound

In brief,
Using the drop down menu in the Function column, select appropriately.
Select appropriate solution conditions in the Experiment Conditions Tab.
Run experiment and check the output for thermodynamics (dG, Tm) and percent bound. High percent bounds are indicative of very good probes or primers.
