Enter or Import Sequences The first step with Visual OMP is to describe the key
elements of your experiment that are pre-determined, this
may include any combination of Target, Probe and Primer. You
may or may not want to account for Tail Folding depending
on your assay. You can also specify mutation variations.
Use the Import Wizard Import FASTA, Genbank, Text files, and OMP Experiment
and Solution Files.
Specify Solution
Conditions Specify your assay temperature and use of Monovalent solvents
and/or Mg.
Check for Extensibility Identify potential sources of noise in PCR reactions.
